We can talk as much as we want, but if your body is governed
by a nervous system whose default mode is fight & flight,
where do you think we will end up?
I will be talking to your monkey mind instead of you.
And I have no time for that.
Neither do you.
I need you to be present in your body.
Presence is key for any lasting personal change.
Practices like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness help
calm your nervous system, bringing it back to its normal state
of rest & relax.
